In short: what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data from your visit.

Information you give us. When you email us, call, or fill out a form, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and details about your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical data when you visit, such as your browser, device type, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived.

Payment information. If you pay us online, payment is handled by a third-party processor. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How do we use your information?

In short: to answer you, do the work, and improve the site.

• To reply to your inquiries and schedule calls.
• To scope and deliver projects, send proposals and invoices, and keep records of our work together.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To send occasional updates, only if you asked for them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

3. Do we use cookies and analytics?

In short: yes, to keep the site working and to see how people use it.

Our site is hosted on Webflow, which may set cookies needed for the site to work. We also use analytics tools, including Contentsquare, that use cookies and similar technology to show us how visitors move through the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

4. When do we share your information?

In short: only with the services that help us run the studio, or when the law requires it. We never sell it.

• Service providers. Website hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, and payment processing, only as needed for them to do that job.
• Legal requirements. If the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. What are your privacy rights?

In short: you can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

Email legal@kewlmethod.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

We may keep some information when we are required to, for example for tax records or to complete work you asked for.

6. How long do we keep it, and how do we protect it?

In short: only as long as we need it, with reasonable safeguards.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

In short: no.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Do we make updates to this policy?

In short: yes, when needed. The date at the top tells you when.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
