Bed and breakfast websites as good as the breakfast.
Guests choose a B&B for the house, the rooms and the person pouring the coffee. We design custom websites for B&Bs and inns, built from day one to rank on Google and take bookings through the reservation system you already use. No templates.
Built for a house with rooms, not a listing
Designed around your house
Your rooms, your breakfast, your story and your name, designed from scratch. Not a theme with your logo dropped in.
Search built in
SEO, local guide pages and Google booking links from launch, so searches for your town and your inn lead to your own site.
Your reservation system stays
ThinkReservations, ResNexus, Cloudbeds or Little Hotelier. We design the front of the house around the system your front desk already knows.
Yours to keep
A one-time build. No monthly platform fee for the site and no lock-in.
A site that feels like staying there
People book a B&B for the feeling: the breakfast, the quiet room, the host who knows the best walk in town. An OTA listing squeezes all of that into a grid of photos next to the competition.
Your own site puts your house, your story and your name at the top of Google. Keep Airbnb and Vrbo for new guests. Your site is for the ones who come back, the friends they send and anyone who searches for your inn.

Fees come out of every room night the platforms send you. Here's the same $3,000 in bookings on each channel.

Airbnb
About $465
One host-paid fee. Airbnb says it's mandatory for most hosts, including hotels and similar listings. Most pay 15.5%.
Vrbo
About $360
12% on bookings from October 29, 2026, and up to 15% in some regions. Private stays only, so each room needs to be its own self-contained unit.
Your own site
About $90
Card processing, usually around 3%, plus the cost of your website.
Keep the platforms, and follow their rules. Vrbo's fee comes from its October 29, 2026 change. Airbnb's figure is the 15.5% most hosts pay; yours may differ, so check your account. Returning guests, referrals and people searching your name are where a direct site pays off.
Runs on the reservation system you already use
Rooms, rates and availability stay where they are. Your new site sends guests into your booking engine, with your calendar and your payments.

Questions B&B owners ask
Which reservation systems do you work with?
We build around ThinkReservations, ResNexus, Cloudbeds and Little Hotelier, and others with a booking engine your guests can use. Available features depend on your provider and plan, so we review your setup on the first call.
Does Airbnb's 15.5% host fee apply to a B&B?
Usually. Airbnb says its host-only fee is mandatory for most hosts, including hotels and similar listings. Most hosts pay 15.5%, and the rest typically pay 14% to 16%. Check your Airbnb account for your exact rate.
Can I list B&B rooms on Vrbo?
Sometimes. Vrbo lists private stays only, so guests need their own space with nothing shared with you or other guests. Rooms off a shared hallway or kitchen usually don't qualify. Self-contained cottages and suites often do.
Can I keep Airbnb and Vrbo?
Yes. Your website works alongside your listings. The platforms introduce new guests, while your own site gives returning guests, referrals and people searching your inn's name a place to book direct. Follow each platform's rules when you talk to their guests.
How much does a bed and breakfast website cost?
Host Direct starts at $4,500 as a one-time build. Hosting is billed separately, and you also pay for your reservation system, domain and card processing. Search Care is optional at $500 a month. See our direct-booking website cost guide.
How long does the build take?
Usually four to six weeks. The schedule depends on the agreed scope, your photos and content, your feedback and the reservation system setup.
Will a website bring me bookings?
A website gives guests a way to book direct. It doesn't guarantee traffic, rankings or reservations. Search setup and local guide pages help, and returning guests, referrals and searches for your inn's name are the most practical places to start.
Who owns the website?
You do. It's a one-time build, not a rented template. Your agreement spells out domain ownership, hosting access and what you receive at handover.
